All boards are 18mm pressure treated tongue and groove. Not nailed! All screwed down to provide a clean and safe storage area.

Switch and single bayonet – £95 (additional bayonet £40).
Switch and 1.2m florescent – £125 (additional florescent £60)
• Insulation
We install three levels of insulation to suit your requirements.
100mm fiberglass to fit between joists – £12 per square metre
170mm fiberglass to top up existing insulation where no flooring is required – £14 per square metre
AirTec foil insulation to fit under new floor boarding – £15 per square metre
